So I guess it is about time I get caught up in the blogging world! We had a great Easter, the kids finally got the pillow pets they have been begging us for since January! We got to spend time with family and friends which made it a great day. We went for an Easter egg hunt at Grandma Wiseman's, went to a movie with Grandma Phyllis, got a visit from my dad (he brought us a yummy spiraled ham), and the kids got season passes to Lagoon from Grandma Great! Thanks to all of you that made us feel special on such a great day!
As some of you know I have been working my butt off for a year to lose weight! It is a never ending battle! I wouldnt' consider myself GINORMOUS by any means but I wanted to feel better about myself and get healthy. With just watching what I eat and exercising my tail end off I have lost 30lbs. Doesn't seem like much in a year but I did it myself! So after hitting a plateau and staying there for 7 months I got really frustrated and needed a change soooo... Jason and I are on the HCG diet. Yes it is so hard but worth it. I have already lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks! I am so proud of myself and I hope I will be able to keep it off. Jason has lost 18lbs YES I know WHat a CROCK !!! I am eating everything he is. Just one of those hurdles women have to jump. Hope all is well with all of you! Summer is coming and we are super excited for it!
