Our first attempt with a sleep over....

Well it was our first attempt with a sleep over this weekend. Ashlee has a little friend next door named Jocelyn and they decided it would be fun to have a sleep over. After changing clothes 50 times and posing for the camera at 10:15pm Jocelyn decided it was time for her to go home. It was fun while it lasted. Here are a few pictures. Beebs decided he would go to sleep in Zack's spiderman fort. Oh ya can't you tell by Zack's face he had a good time with the girls too??!!

Congrats! Ella is here!

My Friend Sharee had her baby today. Happy Birthday Ella! I think she has Sharee's nose. I can't wait to hold her. Congrats!

Nighty Night???

As most of you know my children are 2 and almost 5 and they still don't sleep through the night. Ashlee has to be right up against me to sleep. Zackery just wakes up wanting to eat, drink juice or watch cartoons. After this weekend they were so wiped out. Everyone left my house about 9:30pm sunday night. I thought since they had been playing and swimming all day with no nap they would sleep. I wasn't so lucky. Ashlee was so tired she cried in her sleep all night and when I woke her up to see what was wrong she would tell me " nothing!" I finally decided to go sleep on the couch until she followed me out there too. Zack wasn't to far behind he decided he needed juice at 2am and he wanted to watch cartoons at 3. So to make a long story short Jason was at the store and saw this childrens NIGHTY NIGHT tea! ahh hha maybe this would work. We mixed it with their juice about an hour before bed. Needless to say Zack cried himself to sleep and Ashlee was up until 11. Don't think it works. That is one I won't be trying again. Thanks anyway daddy for the thought. I am just doomed, no good night sleep for me!

Weekends at home!

We had a blast this weekend spending time with family. We had a barbecue and Zack licked the frosting off about 3 cupcakes, he was so proud of himself! I love summer when days are full of fun activities and family. Love you all!

We finally were able to put up the waterslide. It is our favorite! Here are some pictures of Ashlee, Jakell, Dylan and Zack having a good time. The water looks cold...

As soon as we got there Zackery climbed up on the barstool and said to Jared, "have any noot nacks? Not knowing what he was asking for Jared looked at me puzzled. He was asking for fruit snacks, No fruit snacks here! He had to settle for a cookie. We love you uncle Jared and Chrispy!

He had a sick look on his face, but said yummy anyway! We all enjoyed the cake it was great!

Home At Last!!

As most of you know Beebs decided to run off this weekend. Jason and I were busy working in the yard and the kids opened the front door to come outside when he took off. We chased after him for about 7 hours until we decided it was enough. Most of the time when he gets out he runs to lick strangers and they catch him for us. This time he was not that dumb! Out of all the people and dogs outside enjoying the beautiful weather this weekend, no one could catch Beebs. He was determined to not get caught. After a couple sleepless nights wondering if he was hungry, cold and wondering where he was sleeping he finally got caught by the dog catcher. So today I ran to see if the boxer they found was truely him and to my surprise it was. $ 73.00, a micro chip, and a dog license later we finally brought beebs home. I don't think I have ever cried so much over a dog. After all he has been in our family for 6 years and he was mine and Jason's first child! The kids were over joyed when Beebs came home to see them. He is tuckered out and a little skinny , but he has gotten many kisses, hugs and treats from his family. We missed you Beebs and we are so happy you came back to us. Everyone loves you and home was not the same place for a few days without you. As you can tell by this picture he has finally got his favorite sleeping place back. Love you Beebs!
